candy floss

If you don’t know, candy floss is made by heating and liquefying sugar and spinning it out through minute holes, where it re-solidifies in minutely thin strands of “sugar glass”

Though I don’t like its taste because its too sweet but just love its appearance. This fluffy, neon pink colored, wool ball, sugary, fancy thing. It always comes in a bunch, like a group of giggly teenage girls 🙂 So bright and vibrant!

It has many names like cotton candy, hawai mithai, fairy floss, spider webs, candy cobwebs and very popular in India “buddhi ke baal” 😛

Dear Cany floss! I am so fascinated with you 🙂
